About the ISLEX recordings
The pronunciation of each entry in the ISLEX-dictionary is given as a sound file. The sound files are nearly 49,000 plus 700 phrases (e.g. sjá aumur á honum, eiga í brösum við hana).

The recordings took place in September 2012 in the studio Upptekið in Reykjavík. The reader is Guðfinna Rúnarsdóttir (born 1963).

Available formats are OGG, MP3 and WAV. The highest quality sounds are the WAV files.
